Review all creative artwork prepared for the project.
Decide on a look and feel to be used for all material:
- logo design
- colours (should work with school board colours)
- shapes to display images, boarders
- layouts – headers and footers
Based on the budgeted marketing strategies listed below:
- Mass emails
- Paper flyer
- Virtual tour (finance pending)
- Commercial
- Info Session – Slide presentation
- Blog
- Facebook Page
Establish who will create content for the strategies above, the items are as listed:
- Student profile – average age, motivation to finish, attitude
- Tag lines and BRAND (COMPLETE)
- Teachers – 4 teachers, classes they teach
- Success Page – drop out rates, advice for keeping in program
- Schedules – Start times, session dates, important dates.
- Location information – site map – contact information, parking information, elevator
- Tour of site – under 18, over 18, Fast Track, Credit Prep (links to Goodwill Amity), image layout map -- Food Choices close by – Stairway Café – Student Lounge + microwave
- Future page – use Photoshop images
FUTURE ACTION ITEMS: based on the layout decisions made today, you will begin creating your assigned content on Monday.
SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS WEEK: Make certain your blog post for this week is complete and published, it should include all the components discussed this week relating to your school marketing plan.
