Based on the 5 images you selected yesterday you are going to access these images for the rules of composition the photographer used when shooting the image. The 5 basic rules of photography are:
- rule of thirds
- rule for placing the horizon line
- rule for leaning into the action
- rule for following the lines of the image
- rule for pattern and texture
Using the 5 rules of photography, assess the images you selected in yesterday's class for the rules the photographer used to shoot each image.
In your Google document add a line in your table to include what rules were used.
Once you have accessed your images for composition, you can now begin reconstructing the image samples you used from Getty images.
Remember: A photograph is essentially a capture of light, remember not to point your camera into a light source, i.e. a window or directly into a sun spot.
